Impact

What 25 Years Looks Like

Not a résumé. A record of what was built, who was served, and what the work actually changed.

40+

Countries

Across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas — every assignment a new classroom.

5,000+

Women mentored

Leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who turned their experience into their authority.

200+

Communities reached

From refugee settlements to boardrooms — the work met people where they were.

10,000+

Leaders inspired

Through keynotes, workshops, programs, and the quiet conversations that changed everything.

25

Years in the field

With the UN, multinational organizations, and social enterprises — always in service of something larger.

60+

Organizations served

Governments, NGOs, corporations, and foundations — each one a different kind of challenge.

The numbers are not the point. The people behind them are.

The Work

Three decades, three chapters

01

The United Nations

1999 – 2012

Thirteen years across UN agencies — UNHCR, UNICEF, OCHA, WFP. Emergency response in conflict zones. Humanitarian coordination in the aftermath of disaster. Leadership in rooms where the stakes were absolute and the margin for error was zero. This is where I learned what trust really means — and what it costs when it breaks.

02

Multinational Organizations

2012 – 2019

Seven years advising governments, international NGOs, and global foundations. Strategy, communications, and leadership development at scale. Working across cultures, languages, and political systems to build the kind of alignment that actually holds. This is where I learned that the hardest problems are never technical — they are human.

03

Social Entrepreneurship

2019 – Present

Building from scratch. Founding and advising social enterprises focused on women's leadership, education, and economic empowerment. Taking everything the world taught me and turning it into programs, platforms, and conversations that pass the lessons forward. This is where I learned that the most important work is the work you choose.

What the work has taught

"Real impact is not measured in outputs. It is measured in the moment someone realizes they are more capable than they thought."

On women's leadership programs

"The communities that changed me most were the ones with the least — and the most to teach about resilience, dignity, and what it means to lead without resources."

On humanitarian field work

"Every organization I have worked with had the same core challenge: people who knew what needed to change but did not yet believe they could change it."
